Oscar Humberto Rodriguez Amaya is a civil engineer with extensive experience in cost engineering and project budgeting within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Cost and Budget Specialist at PEYCO since February 2020, Oscar has previously held roles including Cost and Programming Professional at Integral Ingenieros Consultores, and Cost Control Engineer at SACYR. With a strong background in managing budgets, analyzing cost deviations, and supervising construction projects, Oscar has contributed to significant infrastructure projects in Colombia, such as the rehabilitation of hydropower facilities and the 4G coastal concession.
