Britt Abildgaard has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer engagement roles. Britt currently works for PFA as the Head of Customer Engagement & Digital Sales, where they focus on improving the customer experience for a wide range of customers. Previously, they worked for ABN AMRO Private Banking as the Head of EU Marketing Strategy, responsible for driving collaboration across EU markets. Britt also worked for Danske Bank and Nordea in various marketing and customer engagement roles, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and driving sales. Prior to that, they gained experience at marketing agencies like Magnetix, Sepia Proximity, Leo Direct Sales, and Banner Corporation, working with clients from different industries.

Britt Abildgaard holds a range of educational qualifications. Britt completed a Fintech program at Harvard University (VPAL) in 2020 and pursued Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge in the same year. In 1996, they obtained an MSc. (Master of Science) in International Marketing from London South Bank University. Additionally, they earned an IDM (Institute of DM) diploma in Direct Marketing from Kingston University in 1998. Britt also holds a BA (Bachelor) Hons degree in Business Administration (Marketing option) from London South Bank University, which they completed in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Odense Business College from 1991 to 1993, focusing on Market Economics and International Marketing. Their secondary education involved studying Mathematics and Physics at Mulernes Legatskole from 1987 to 1990.
