Gary L Bowling II

Gary L Bowling II, PMP, currently serves as the Program Management Director and Senior Project Manager at PFES, a leading provider of strategic consulting and project management services in the utility and energy sectors since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gary held various positions at Ameren from August 2014 to October 2022, including Electric Operations Supervisor and Operations Supervisor, focusing on digital field experiences and managing significant projects such as the Advanced Metering Infrastructure and multiple substation initiatives. Earlier in their career, Gary was the Operations Manager and Supervisor at MidAmerican Energy Company, where responsibilities included leading electric operations and overseeing major projects aimed at improving productivity. Additionally, as Owner/Operator of Bowling Contracting, LLC from March 2002 to December 2008, Gary specialized in the installation of communication systems. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree from Carl Sandburg College.
