Robert Mason has extensive experience in the printing and technology field, currently serving as an On-site Printer Technician and System Administrator for PFI Tech since October 2015, contracted with Northrop Grumman for managed print services. Mason has been the Owner of PFT Company, an electronic service business, since January 2005. Previous roles include Sr. Onsite Service Specialist at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where responsibilities included operating high volume copiers and performing quality inspections, and Electronic/IT Technician at Xerox Corporation, focusing on the remote monitoring and repair of networked multi-function devices and standalone printers. Mason holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, completed in 2014, and a high school diploma in General Studies from DeWitt Clinton H. S., obtained in 1989.
