Brittany Wolf Gianares

Brittany Wolf Gianares, MPH, is currently the Director and Global Breast Cancer Data Disclosure Lead at Pfizer, where they oversee data disclosure and omnichannel strategy for the breast cancer portfolio. They have held multiple roles at Pfizer, including Director of Global Medical Communications and Content Lead for Oncology, and have been active in patient-centric initiatives in their field. Additionally, Brittany serves as a Patient Community Ambassador and Advocate for the Lupus Foundation of America. Brittany holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from New York University, which they are currently pursuing.
