Dat Nghiem is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Medical Analytics at Pfizer since 2024. Previously, they held significant roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Executive Director of Medical Analytics, where they built a global analytics organization and influenced medical strategy through advanced analytics. Dat also served as Associate Regional Director in Oncology and was pivotal in leading a national team of Medical Science Liaisons. Their career began with a solid academic foundation, earning a Ph.D. in Immunology and Cancer Biology from the U.T. MD Anderson Cancer Center Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
