Demetris Zambas

Demetris Zambas possesses extensive experience in data monitoring and management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as VP and Global Head of Data Monitoring and Management at Pfizer. Previously, Demetris held the position of VP of Global Data Sciences at Novartis and served in various roles at Merck, including Executive Director of Clinical Trial Operations and Senior Director of Global Clinical Data Management and Standards. At Schering-Plough Research Institute, Demetris advanced through several positions, ultimately becoming Director of Global Clinical Data Management. Demetris began a scientific career with an internship at the New York Blood Center after earning a BA in Microbiology from Rutgers University between 1986 and 1991.
