Douglas Bushong

Douglas Bushong, MBA, MET, PMP, currently serves as a Principal Instructional Designer at Seagen since September 2022, and has been operating as an Independent Developer in art, animation, and gaming media since May 2010. Prior experience includes roles such as Instructional Design Manager at UW Medicine, where Douglas managed onboarding and training project portfolios, and Instructional Designer for the Workday implementation at the University of Washington. Douglas's background also encompasses technical training, course design at NIPSCO, and various positions in the energy sector, including as an Automation Technician and Field Service Technician.
