Feng Richard Xia M.D.

Feng Richard Xia MD, MSc currently serves as the Senior Director, Safety Risk Lead at Pfizer, overseeing safety risk management for products in IND clinical development and post-approval stages across various therapeutic areas, particularly in oncology and inflammation & immunology. Previously, Feng held positions such as Medical Director at Pfizer, managing medical safety evaluations and audits, and Team Lead for safety assessment groups. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Daiichi Sankyo and Wyeth, where responsibilities spanned clinical study design, oversight of CROs, and contributions to medical affairs. Feng's clinical background began at Shanghai General Hospital as an internist and nephrologist, complemented by a medical degree from Shanghai Medical College and a master's degree from The University of Manchester in immunology and immunogenetics.
