Kelsey Dougherty

Kelsey Dougherty, MPH has a strong background in clinical research and operations. Kelsey most recently worked as the Director and Clinical Study Team Lead at Pfizer since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Clinical Operations Program Director at AstraZeneca from September 2018 to May 2022, where they led a global team in planning and delivering clinical studies. Kelsey also has experience in pharmacovigilance processes and partnerships at AstraZeneca from June 2015 to September 2018. Before joining AstraZeneca, they worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Oncology at Children's National Medical Center from June 2013 to June 2015. Kelsey started their career at IQVIA as a Senior Clinical Trials Assistant from May 2011 to June 2013, where they gained experience in oncology and cardiovascular trials.

Kelsey Dougherty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's Degree in Public Health from The George Washington University.
