Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with diverse roles in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Mariana has also been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a University Instructor in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
