Mohamed Hassanein

Mohamed Hassanein has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors, holding key leadership roles at Pfizer and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where responsibilities included directing translational medicine and precision medicine efforts, as well as serving as clinical assay lead for biologics. Prior experience at Covance as a principal investigator involved providing strategic scientific guidance and troubleshooting during study processes. Mohamed's academic tenure at Vanderbilt University included establishing an Oncology Biomarkers core facility and leading funded research projects. Educational achievements include a postdoctoral fellowship in Cancer Systems Biology from Vanderbilt University and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Delaware.
