Mugunthu Dhananjeyan

Mugunthu Dhananjeyan is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in formulation and process development, technology transfer, and analytical method validation. Currently serving as Director of Formulation & Process at Pfizer since January 2016, Mugunthu leads teams across the USA and India, overseeing technology transfers for both biosimilar and small molecule drug products. Previous roles include Sr. Manager - Global Tech Transfer at Pfizer and Group Leader at Hospira. Mugunthu also held positions at Fresenius Kabi, PCI Synthesis, and the Center for Drug Design and Development, focusing on method optimization, stability studies, and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University.
