Olga Kashpur is a seasoned biotechnology professional with extensive experience in research and development roles. Olga began a career at Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2008 to July 2015 and completed a PhD in Biotechnology during this time. Olga held a Molecular Biology Intern position at Life Technologies in 2012 before transitioning to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine as a Postdoctoral Scholar from July 2015 to April 2018. Following this, Olga served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Tufts Medical Center from July 2018 to October 2020. Olga then advanced to Fulcrum Therapeutics as a Scientist II from November 2021 to June 2023 and currently holds a position as a Senior Scientist at Pfizer, starting in June 2023.
