Riddhi Naik Desai

Riddhi Naik Desai has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager PGS Co-dev Team Lead for Vaccines (non-mRNA) at Pfizer since August 2009. Previous roles at Pfizer include Sr. Manager for PGS Co-dev Lead SMCD, Operational Excellence/Operations Management Lead, Manager of Validation/Technical Services, Validation Engineer, and Scientist. Riddhi’s prior experience includes working as a Validation Specialist at A & J Consulting Engineering Services/Wyeth Biotech from July 2008 to July 2009 and as a Medical Technologist at Quest Diagnostics from May 2006 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certification in Pharmaceutical Management and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Genetics with an emphasis on Microbiology from Rutgers University.
