Sachin Jadhav

Sachin Jadhav is an experienced bioprocess development scientist with a strong background in fermentation and upstream process development. Currently serving as Group Leader and Senior Principal Scientist at Pfizer since January 2022, Sachin leads a diverse team in supporting various modalities, including mAb and mRNA vaccines, while focusing on team mentoring and professional development. Prior to Pfizer, Sachin worked at Elanco as Principal Research Scientist, overseeing technical productivity in fermentation processes, and at Eli Lilly and Company as Senior Research Scientist, where significant advancements in bacterial fermentations were achieved. Early career experiences include project management and bioprocess development at MBI International, as well as research roles at Michigan State University and the University of Mumbai. Sachin holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, a Master of Technology in Bioprocess Technology from the University of Mumbai, and a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Amravati University.
