Shilpi Singh

Shilpi Singh is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent engagement and management. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience and India Talent Lead at Pfizer, Shilpi has previously held key positions at Diageo as Global Talent Specialist and Talent Engagement Lead, as well as at Citibank India as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources. Shilpi's career also includes roles at Tata AIA Life Insurance as Senior Manager - Human Resources and Shaw Wallace Distilleries Ltd as Assistant Manager. Shilpi holds degrees from Delhi University and Pune University, completed between 1998 and 2004.
