Simona-Nicoleta Spînu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Simona-Nicoleta began their career as an Assistant Marketing in SC TIM TRANZIT SRL Domain in 2007. Simona-Nicoleta then moved on to Metro Group Buying in 2009, where they worked as an Assistant Buyer for Dry Food until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they joined Metro Cash and Carry as a Project Coordinator in their Fresh & Frozen Food Supply Chain Management Department, where they were responsible for coordinating and improving flows and maintaining supplier relationships.

In 2013, Spînu joined Mondelēz International as a Product Supply SME for the Bridge 2 project, where they implemented a business intelligence tool and provided support for the Product Supply department. Simona-Nicoleta then worked as a Demand Planner for RB from 2014 to 2015.

Between 2015 and 2018, Spînu worked as an HCIS Demand & Supply Planner for Carestream. Simona-Nicoleta'sresponsibilities included demand and supply planning for healthcare information systems.

Since 2018, Simona-Nicoleta Spînu has been employed at Pfizer. Simona-Nicoleta started as an AMP Senior Supply Planner and then progressed to roles such as AMP Deputy Team Lead and AMP Team Lead (assignment). Currently, they hold the position of ES Senior Manager / Team Lead Supply Chain Planning.

Simona-Nicoleta Spînu completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest from 2003 to 2007. Simona-Nicoleta then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Business Communication, also at the Academy of Economic Studies, from 2007 to 2009. Simona-Nicoleta also obtained additional certifications, including a "Project Management" certificate from IRECSON Institute in 2008 and a Cambridge English Language certificate from Cambridge Institute, Bucharest in 2006.
