Yasemin Gunduz

Yasemin Gunduz has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director and US Commercial People Experience Lead at Pfizer since May 2019, Yasemin has held various other roles within Pfizer, including Sr. Manager of Global People Experience and positions in Global Talent Acquisition. Previously, Yasemin was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson & Johnson and worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Pfizer. Additional experience includes working as a Research Associate at Page Executive and a Marketing Assistant at AXA Advisors. Yasemin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Pace University and completed high school at The Marvelwood School.
