Susan Randall is an experienced Learning and Change Specialist at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers since June 2018, where responsibilities include analyzing learning needs and creating a leadership development framework. Additionally, Susan has been an Independent Learning & Wellbeing Consultant and Mental Health First Aid Instructor with MHFA England since December 2017, providing wellbeing services and delivering mental health workshops. Prior to these roles, Susan worked at Unum UK from January 2004 to August 2016 as a People Development Consultant and Operations Learning and Development Consultant, where significant achievements included redesigning a global leadership curriculum and improving training delivery methods. Susan's career began as a Senior Underwriter and later as an Underwriting Team Manager at Unum UK, showcasing strong leadership and training program development skills. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Southern Maine (1999-2002).
