Maggie Ardiente

Director of Development at PFLAG National

Maggie Ardiente is the Director of Development for PFLAG National, where she leads the organization's fundraising initiatives, including individual giving and membership dues, major gifts, planned giving, corporate grants and sponsorships, foundations, and events.

She has over 13 years of experience in fundraising and communications with non-profits and has appeared in national media such as Fox News, NPR, Washington Post, and Huffington Post. Prior to PFLAG, Maggie served as Director of Development & Communications for the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty, a legal advocacy organization for people experiencing homelessness, and Director of Development & Communications for the American Humanist Association, a political advocacy organization for atheists, agnostics, and non-religious Americans. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Maggie graduated cum laude from James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in sociology and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
