Mariangela Poletto

Mariangela Poletto has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Contact Center Manager at PFS since November 2017, where previous roles included Contact Center Team Lead, QA Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to joining PFS, Mariangela worked in sales at Vitality health food shop from September 2015 to November 2017. Educationally, Mariangela holds a diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from IPSIA Zanussi, completed between 2002 and 2007, and furthered studies at the School of Natural Health Science from February 2017 to August 2019.
