Kevin Bergenhenegouwen

Kevin Bergenhenegouwen currently serves as General Counsel at Nederlandse Waterschapsbank (NWB Bank) since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin was General Counsel at PGB Pensioendiensten from January 2014 to April 2024, overseeing the Legal, Tax & Regulatory department for an organization with EUR 34 billion in assets under management. Kevin's experience also includes positions as Head of Legal Investments and Senior Legal Counsel at Timeos and PAN-INVEST, as well as earlier roles as Company Lawyer at PKF International and Legal Counsel at PAN-INVEST. Kevin began the professional journey in law at Kennisnet. Kevin holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Notarial law from Leiden University, an Executive Pensions Program (EPP) from Nyenrode Business University, and has further education from Grotius Academie.
