Marek Stefanski has held various roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Marek started their career at Ferroxcube as an Installation Measurements Specialist in 2004. From there, they worked as an Engineer at Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy from 2006 to 2008. Marek then became the Manager of the Automatization and IT Department at Instytut Energetyki - Instytut Badawczy (IEn) from 2008 to 2017. After that, they worked as a Maintenance Manager at the Museum of the History of Polish Jews from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna as a Project Manager, and later, they became the Director of the Development & Innovation Department. Marek also pursued postgraduate studies at the Central Institute for Labour Protection - National Research Institute (CIOP-PIB) and Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in BHP and Projektowanie I Eksploatacja Instalacji Elektrycznych respectively.
