Chris Zenner has extensive experience in customer service operations and support, with a background in overseeing contact centers and customer service offices. Currently serving as the Vice President of Residential Services and Digital Channels at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Chris manages multiple teams and local offices with a large staff. Prior to this role, Chris held a Regional Operations Director position at Dave and Buster's. Chris holds a B.S. in Government from Saint John's University and is currently pursuing education in the Stanford Executive Leadership Program.
