Edward G. Cannizzaro

Mr. Cannizzaro brings 40 years of experience as a global financial executive to the Boards of the Corporation and the Utility. He has a deep background in financial accounting and reporting, risk management, operations, and operational regulatory compliance. During his tenure at KPMG, he served as the Global Head of Quality, Risk and Regulatory, the West Area Managing Partner of Audit, and provided sound oversight and governance as a member of the Board of Directors of KPMG Americas and KPMG US.
