Jamonda Palmer

Jamonda Palmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since 2017. In this role, Jamonda optimizes processes for contact center performance and successfully integrates technology solutions into contractor platforms. Prior to this, Jamonda held similar positions at PG&E and contributed significantly to various projects, including call routing systems and interaction management tools.
