Rashmi Arora

Rashmi Arora currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities include managing the Gas SCADA Software Upgrade and launching a new Operator Training Simulator to enhance operator training. Previously, Rashmi held various project management and coordination roles at Kaiser Permanente, CourseSmart, Wells Fargo, Stanford Health Care, Marsh, AXA, and Bank of America, focusing on system installations, training programs, and quality assurance testing across different sectors. Rashmi began a career in recruitment and training coordination at Software Research Group Inc. and Cummins India Ltd. Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
