Patrick Tuin

Patrick Tuin is an experienced investment risk manager currently employed at PGGM since July 2022. Additionally, Patrick serves as a reserve officer at the Ministerie van Defensie. Previously, an insurance consultant at Sprenkels & Verschuren B.V. and a supervisor specialist at De Nederlandsche Bank, Patrick gained expertise as a seconded national expert on oversight at EIOPA. Prior roles include director and head of institutional solutions at ING Nederland, senior investment manager at ING Investment Management, and vice president at Bear Stearns and ING Bank, focusing on cash CDOs and European securitisation. Patrick holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente, where studies were completed from 1993 to 2002.
