Heather Nelson is currently a Civil Engineer on the Structural Team at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Bridge Engineer at T.Y. Lin International and as an Assistant Engineer at County of Sacramento. Heather has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
