Jorge H.

Jorge H. is a civil engineer with a strong background in water resources engineering, having earned a master's degree from California State University-Fresno. Currently employed at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. since October 2018, Jorge has previously held positions as a project engineer at Precision Civil Engineering and as an assistant engineer at Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers. Early experience includes a graduate student assistant role at the Center of Irrigation Technology at Fresno State, where responsibilities involved validating the efficiency of wastewater treatment systems and collecting samples for analysis, as well as serving as an intern research assistant for the Madera County Board of Supervisors.
