Florence Chan

Florence Chan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Florence began their career at Prudential Financial in 2004 as an Actuarial Associate, where they worked until 2006. Florence then joined PGIM Fixed Income, where they held various roles in credit research. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a CMBS Credit Researcher, and from 2014 to 2016, they served as Vice President of CMBS Credit Research. Their most recent positions include Vice President of ABS Credit Research, which they held from 2016 to 2020, and their current role as Principal of ABS Credit Research, which they assumed in September 2020.

Florence Chan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2003. Florence then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering at the same university from 2003 to 2004.
