Kent Cummings

Kent Cummings is the Executive Director at PGIM, where they lead a department focused on strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and risk management. They hold multiple real estate licenses in California and Texas, along with the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation. Prior to their current role, Kent served in various capacities at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and ORIX Capital Markets, where they excelled in asset management and project management. Kent earned a Master of Science in Land Development and Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 2002 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 2001.
