Natalie Báez

Natalie Báez has extensive experience in investment operations and customer service, currently serving as an Associate Manager in Investment Operations at PGIM since October 2021, after progressing from roles including Investment Operations Specialist and Senior Investment Operations Associate. Prior to PGIM, Natalie worked at SS&C Technologies as an Associate Fund Administrator and held positions at TD as a Customer Service Representative and Teller, where sales goals were consistently exceeded and leadership responsibilities were taken on during audits and vault balancing. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Supervisor and Barista at Starbucks and completing an Accounts Payable Internship at Passaic County Technical Institute, where financial records were prepared and analyzed. Currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and Leadership & Strategy at Rutgers Business School, Natalie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Legal Studies from the same institution.
