Wen Lene Tan

Wen Lene Tan is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Vice President at PGIM since February 2022, where responsibilities include interpreting private credit, equities, private equity secondaries, hedge funds, and research for the AxJ CIO and institutional clients. Previously, Wen Lene worked at Capital Group for nearly 15 years, holding various positions including Investment Product Specialist, focusing on global equities, and Senior Associate in Equity Research with expertise in Asian semiconductors and financials. Early career experiences included roles at Nomura Asset Management and Income as an intern, as well as a Product and Test Engineer at UTAC specializing in semiconductor manufacturing. Wen Lene holds a Master of Science in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Melbourne, with a strong interest in the semiconductor and tech hardware industries.
