Yinyi Liao

Yinyi Liao, CPA, currently serves as a Business Development & Product Strategy professional at PGIM, focusing on Private Alternatives related to Real Estate and Private Credit since April 2025. Prior to this role, Yinyi held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at Vibrant Capital Partners, Inc., managing business development and marketing strategies for structured credit products from March 2022 to April 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Antares Capital LP in Financial Planning and Analysis from June 2018 to March 2022, and a progression from Audit Senior Assistant to Associate at Deloitte between September 2016 and May 2018. Yinyi began professional training as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in June 2015. Yinyi holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both obtained from Baruch College.
