Gloria Burlamaqui has extensive experience in business development, operations, and management. Gloria started their career at GoodWeave USA as a Communications Intern, where they reviewed the website and produced presentations. Gloria then worked at the Embassy of Brazil in Washington, D.C. as a Communications Intern, where they promoted Brazil's participation in cultural events and managed social media. At BIC - Brazil Industries Coalition, Gloria served as a Research Intern, gathering information about member companies and organizing executive trips. Gloria joined Johnson & Johnson as a Marketing and Sales Trainee, where they organized events, trained sales forces, and managed key accounts. At Airbnb, they held the roles of Core Values Interviewer and Community Organizer, where they engaged hosts, organized events, and trained advocates. Gloria worked at Lime as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing scooter operations in LATAM, and as a Launcher and Customer Relationship Manager, where they managed partnerships and customer growth initiatives. Currently, at FlixBus, they are the Head of Business Development & Operations in Brazil, responsible for go-to-market strategy, risk assessment, and cross-functional project coordination. Gloria leads a team focused on growing partners and improving supply, quality, and demand initiatives.

Gloria Burlamaqui's education history begins in 2007 when they obtained a high school diploma from Collège du Léman - International School. Gloria then attended Ribet Academy from 2008 to 2009, completing their high school education. In 2009, they enrolled at American University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and International Business, which they completed in 2013. During their time at American University, Gloria also participated in an exchange program in French at Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2011. In 2013, they further enhanced their education by completing an Executive Education course in International Business and Foreign Commerce from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
