Duncan Macdonald P.Eng. serves as the Vice President at PGL Environmental Consultants, where extensive expertise as a Contaminated Sites Approved Professional (CSAP) and Senior Environmental Engineer is applied, backed by over 18 years of experience in environmental site assessment and remediation. Prior to this role, Duncan held positions as Business Team Lead and Environmental Engineer at Soilcon Laboratories Ltd. from 1997 to 2003, as well as an Environmental Engineer at O'Connor Associates Environmental Inc. for a brief period in 1996. Duncan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Queen's University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
