Mark Scowcroft is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in technical support and service roles. Currently serving as an IT Senior 1st Line Engineer at PGL Beyond since February 2023, Mark provides extensive IT support to various divisions within the PGL Group across Europe and Australia. Mark has been with NST Travel Group since September 2013, where responsibilities include supporting National School Travel and other divisions. Prior experience includes roles as an IT ServiceDesk Engineer at Thomas Cook Scheduled Businesses, a Helpdesk Support representative at IBM, and a Helpdesk Support technician at Time Computers. Mark holds a secondary education from St Bedes RC High School, completed between 1983 and 1987.
