Maxine Roberts

Maxine Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Head of Recruitment at PGL Travel, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Recruitment and Talent Management at The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) from April 2019 to August 2022, where they played a crucial role in providing care for older people.

Maxine also has experience partnering with businesses to drive their talent acquisition and employer brand strategy at Attract and Acquire Ltd from September 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they were the Head of International Talent Acquisition at Dyson from February 2014 to July 2017, where they led the talent acquisition strategy for various teams.

In addition, Maxine has worked at WHSmith as the Head of Talent Management from August 2008 to September 2013 and at Listen Recruitment as a Director from February 2004 to August 2008. Maxine began their career as an Area Manager at Nigel Lynn Associates from May 1999 to January 2004. Overall, Maxine Roberts has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and partnering with businesses to drive their talent acquisition strategies.

Maxine Roberts attended Woldingham School in Surrey from 1985 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Management from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, graduating in 1995. In 2009, they attended MOL, where they earned a CIPD degree in Human Resources, completing their studies in 2014.
