Rajeev Yadav

Rajeev Yadav is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of CSR at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd. since February 2020, Rajeev also holds the position of Head of Business Operations at Kosamba Glass Deco Private Limited as of January 2024. Prior roles include Head HR for the Formulation Manufacturing Business Unit at Zydus Group and CHRO for Welspun Corp Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed plant HR management for a large workforce, compensation and benefits, skill development, and industrial relations. Rajeev's early career includes significant HR roles at Ispat Industries Ltd and the Welspun Group, as well as military experience as a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force. Rajeev holds an MBA in HR from Kolhapur Jobs and a Bachelor of Laws in Labor and Industrial Relations from Kanpur University. Additionally, Rajeev has specialized training in fire science and firefighting.
