Jonathan Ayres

Jonathan Ayres has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan is currently working as the Country Representative UK & I for FYTEXIA. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at PGP International, including Commercial Director - Europe & Canada, Sales Manager - Europe, Product Manager, Site General Manager, and Group Engineering Manager. Jonathan also has experience as an Operations Manager at Kilombero Sugar Company Tanzania under Illovo Sugar Africa, and as a Mechanical Engineer at AB Sugar. Early in their career, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Placement Student at British Sugar.

Jonathan Ayres received their BEng(Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University from 2003 to 2008. Jonathan then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Birmingham between 2016 and 2018. In 2009, they completed the National General Certificate from NEBOSH.

In addition to their degrees, Jonathan Ayres also obtained several certifications. Jonathan became a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in August 2017. In the same month and year, they also received PRINCE2® 2017 Project Management Certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In February 2017, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Furthermore, in March 2016, they obtained the California Department of Labor CalOsha 30 Hour General Industry Safety Certification.
