Roger Honningdal

Roger Honningdal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 1992, they began their career as a Trainee Jungman and Ordinary Seaman at Fullriggeren Sørlandet, where they sailed in northern European waters.

In 1993, they joined the Royal Norwegian Navy as a Coxswain until 1994.

In 1996, Honningdal joined Wilhelmsen Ship Management Ltd and worked as a Kaptein until 2020.

Lastly, they worked at PGS from 2018 onwards, first as an Operations Risk Manager until 2021, and later as a Vice President HSE from 2021.

Roger Honningdal attended Tønsberg Maritime Skole, where they obtained a degree as Sjøkaptein in Maritim utdanning. In addition, they obtained a certification in "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" from LinkedIn in 2023.
