Jody Cox

Jody Cox currently serves as the Sr Mgr IT Infrastructure Architecture and Operations at PGT Innovations since August 2023. With over a decade of experience at PGT Custom Windows + Doors, Jody has held multiple roles including IT Manager, Technical Services Leader, Technical Support Leader, ISeries Administrator / IT Operations Leader, and IT Tech 3 / Iseries Operations. Prior experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at DEX Imaging Inc., where responsibilities included installing, troubleshooting, and repairing printing systems as well as managing print management software. Jody holds an Associate degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology, completed between 1992 and 1994.
