Prior experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at DEX Imaging Inc., where responsibilities included installing, troubleshooting, and repairing printing systems as well as managing print management software. Jody holds an Associate degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology, completed between 1992 and 1994.
