Bruce A. Wesner

Bruce A. Wesner, MBA, CRL has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in manufacturing and engineering. Bruce currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Operational Reliability at PGT Innovations. In this role, they lead a team focused on driving industry-leading sustainable and reliable window and door manufacturing processes. Prior to their current position, they held roles such as Sr. Director of Engineering Services and Director of Engineering Services at PGT Custom Windows + Doors. Bruce has also worked at Life Cycle Engineering as a Managing Principal and Principal Consultant, where they provided consulting and coaching services in change management and reliability maintenance. Earlier in their career, they held management positions at Therma Tru, Western Industries - Western Metal Specialties, Manco Products, INC., PHD, INC., Morton Metalcraft Company, Carrier Corporation, and Huffy Corporation.

Bruce A. Wesner, MBA, CRL completed their education at the Indiana Institute of Technology, earning an MBA in Management from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Ball State University from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained an AS/BS degree in Industrial Design/Industrial Technology. Bruce also holds a certification as a Certified Reliability Leader, which they obtained in May 2014 from The Association for Maintenance Professionals.
