Chris Ruff

Chris Ruff has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Chris began their career at Alcoa Home Exteriors, where they worked in various roles including Lean Manager, Environment, Health and Safety Manager, and Safety Manager. During this time, they received extensive training and development in Lean manufacturing and EH&S practices. In 2002, they joined Ply Gem as a Plant Manager, where they oversaw plant operations for 17 years, implementing lean manufacturing and visual management tools to create a safe and engaged culture. In 2019, Chris joined Cornerstone Building Brands as the Director of Continuous Improvement, leading the implementation of the Cornerstone Production System across multiple manufacturing locations. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Operations at PGT Innovations.

Chris Ruff holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Clemson University. In 2022, they completed an Executive Development program in Organizational Leadership at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
