Henry Chriss

Henry Chriss has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Henry currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain Operations at PGT Innovations since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Director of Supply Chain Management at the same company from June 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining PGT Innovations, Henry worked as a Freelance Supply Chain/Operations Consultant from February 2016 to May 2021, providing consulting services in operations and supply chain management. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Healthcare Service Co.

Earlier in their career, Henry held various roles at different companies. Henry was the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Clariante Growth Solutions, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Aramark Uniform Services from 2000 to 2004.

Henry also worked at Nike, where they held multiple positions including General Manager of Footwear Distribution, Director of Strategic Account Logistics, Director of Global Sustainability, and Manager of R&D Chemistry Laboratory from 1991 to 2000.

Henry Chriss attended Colorado Technical University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a BSBA in International Business (Cum Laude). Henry then went on to pursue an MBA in Supply Chain Management with a focus on International Business at the same university from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, in 1984-1985, they studied Business Administration and Management in Bowling Green State University. Henry also expressed interest in Polymer Science at The University of Akron and Business Administration and Management at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, but no specific years or degrees were mentioned for these two institutions.
