Rueben Partlow

Rueben Partlow has held multiple leadership roles in finance and operations throughout their career. Rueben served as the Senior Director of Finance at PGT Innovations starting from 2016, where they focused on building a high-performing finance department to support the company's president. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2015, Partlow worked at ECCO Shoes in various capacities, including Controller, Head of Operations/Finance/Administration, and FP&A. In these roles, they successfully addressed operational issues, improved financial and operational performance, and led the recession recovery for ECCO USA.

From 2011 to 2012, Rueben Partlow attended Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained an MBA and a Master's Degree in Accounting.
