Elle Davison

Elle Davison has a diverse work experience with various companies. Elle is currently the Recruitment Marketing Director at Ph.Creative, where they focus on implementing effective recruitment marketing solutions and bringing employer brands to life. Prior to this, Elle worked at IBM in roles such as Global Employer Brand + Experience Leader, Global Campus Attraction & EVP Development Leader, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Elle also had a role as a Workforce Strategy Consultant, where they focused on HR strategy and the implementation of digital credentials. Additionally, Elle has experience as a Student Ambassador at Oxford Brookes University and has worked in customer service roles at Revolution Bars Group PLC and Fabric Land.

Elle Davison obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Twyhnam 6th Form from 2010 to 2012 and completed A Levels in Business Studies, English Language, and Dance. In addition to their formal education, Elle has acquired several certifications, including Blue Core Coach from IBM in June 2021, Design & User Experience (D&UX) Essentials from IBM in December 2020, and People Skills - Resilience, Growth Mindset, Learning Agility, Time Management from IBM in November 2020, among others. Elle also holds a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, obtained in October 2019.
