Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson ‘Jkp’

Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson, known as JKP, has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Starting in 1999, they held various roles at Ph.Creative, Novartis, Spark, Mayborn, priceline.com, Cargill Inc, Agile People, and Ford Motor Co. Their roles included Global Chief People Officer, Director, NED, Board Advisor, and Executive Coach.

In 2020, JKP joined Ph.Creative as the Chief People Officer (Global) and Regional Director (Asia Pacific/APAC) on the Executive Team. Jeanette also worked as a Consultant through Agile People NZ. Previously, they served on the Advisory Board and as Chair of International Advisory Groups at the University of Liverpool Management School starting in 2014 and on the Advisory Board at the University of Auckland Business School from 2018.

In 2017, JKP became a Director and Executive Coach at Agile People NZ, where they helped organizations develop their employer brand and recruit talented teams. Jeanette also founded and led Power Pause.

From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Executive GM, People (Chief People Officer) at ASB Bank, where they led a functional transformation agenda.

Prior to that, in 2018, JKP was the Head of Agile Academy at Spark New Zealand, contributing to the organization's agile transformation.

From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Global HR Director (Chief People Officer) on the Executive Team at MAYBORN GROUP LIMITED, the owner of tommee tippee and The Gro Company.

In 2012 and 2013, JKP was a Board Director (Independent NED) and Chair of Liverpool City Region Marketing Implementation Group at Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership.

Starting in 2008, they served as a Board Director (Independent NED) and Chair of the Board HR & Remuneration Committee at Liverpool Vision, an economic development agency for the city of Liverpool.

Overall, JKP has held various leadership and advisory roles throughout their career, focusing on people management, talent acquisition, organizational development, and transformation.

Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson, also known as JKP, has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Liverpool. However, their pursuit of this degree was paused upon moving to New Zealand. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from Loughborough University, majoring in Social Psychology with Computing. Additionally, JKP completed their secondary education at Notre Dame Grammar School (now St Julie's) in Woolton, Liverpool, where they obtained 3 GCE A-Levels and 10 GCE O-Levels. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in "Coaching High Potentials" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
